Position: Junior High School Cheerleading Coach Qualifications: Knowledge of and previous participation in cheerleading, cheer coaching, or pom squad. Ability to collaborate with athletic director, coaches, and administration. Job Description: Instruct cheer squad in standard techniques, including knowledge of and appropriate use of cheers, dance, stunts, and poms. Develop and teach quarter- time cheer/stunt routines. Manage finances, uniforms, and fundraising activities. Identify effective camps and chaperone team members in these events.
