Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue is designed specifically for school leaders and administrative staff. This proven course helps teams improve communication, resolve conflicts effectively, and foster stronger working relationships.

Crucial Conversations is a professional development course that teaches skills for handling high-stakes, emotionally charged, or sensitive conversations. It helps leaders speak openly and honestly, while remaining respectful, so they can resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, and make better decisions.

This training will be held on October 19th and October 26th, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. The cost to attend this AA is $250/person and lunch will be provided both days. Each participant will receive 12.0 PD hours or AA credit.
