The one-day course focuses on understanding implicit bias, differentiating for equity, and coaching more deeply when evaluating student growth for special education, English learners, and early childhood students. Upon successful completion, the individual will have satisfied the requirement for retraining in student growth. This AA must be paired with one of the teacher professional practice AAs to fulfill the entire retraining requirements.

This training will be held on June 9, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. The cost to attend this training is $200/person and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive AA credit or 6.0 PD hours.
