After exploring what well-being and self care mean, we’ll turn the mirror on you and help you determine what your self care hygiene and regimen looks like, what helps and hinders it, strategies for making it stick, and above all, connection with likeminded people.  Be ready to choose courage over comfort and come out the other side with a well-crafted plan for your own self-care.

This training will be held on March 18, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The cost to attend the training will be $20/person and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive 5.5 PD hours upon completion of the training.
