Calling all new educators! Join ROE #3 as we launch into an exciting new school year with our New Teacher Boot Camp! This two-day, high-energy training is designed to equip beginning teachers with the tools, strategies, and confidence to thrive in the classroom.

Beyond Boot Camp: Yearlong Support for New Teachers!

We know the first years of teaching can be overwhelming. That’s why ROE #3 goes beyond the training by providing:

Quarterly New Trainee Sessions – Collaborate with veteran teachers & administrators on timely topics.
Instructional Coaching Check-Ins – Receive personalized guidance three times throughout the school year.

New Trainee Session Dates
📌 October 1, 2025 (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)
📌 February 3, 2026 (4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
📌 April 14, 2026 (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.)

These sessions are designed for networking, problem-solving, and gaining fresh ideas you can apply immediately in your classroom.

The cost to enlist in this training is $200/participant. This cost also covers the quarterly new trainee sessions and 3 check ins with one of our instructional coaches. This training will be held on August 5, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and August 6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Participants will receive 13 PD hours upon completing the 2 days academy and an additional 2 hours for each new trainee session. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on each day. Lunch and snacks will be provided each day.
