- ANSWER THE PROMPTS THAT GO WITH THE BOOK  YOU HAVE CHOSEN VIA THE GOOGLE FORM  - Look for the link to the google form on this slide deck.  Each book will have a separate one listed at the near the bottom of the slide.

- SUBMIT AND GET YOUR HOURS  -All submissions are due by 4 PM on May 2, 2025

- Earn between 8 - 15 PD HOURS PER BOOK   DO THEM ALL IF YOU LOVE TO READ OR JUST LOVE RELAXING

$35  PER Book study - You are responsible for purchasing the book, the fee is for processing.
