The mission of the Learning Express Program is to prepare families for future success as students and as citizens by providing quality programs that promote a safe, nurturing, healthy, and supportive learning environment.

The Learning Express is a free, voluntary, year-round program provided by the Regional Office of Education #3 and funded by the Early Childhood Division of the Illinois State Board of Education. We serve families in the 5-county ROE #3 Region.
Following the Parents as Teachers Affiliate model, our PAT Certified Parent Educators strive to support you to be your child's first and most important teacher. |
